Tarheel SCC has opened up registration for the February and April VIR dates. Here's the email I got about it:
The THSCC/TZC Track Events Team is proud to announce that registration
for the February 2004 VIR Full Course and April 2004 VIR South Course
Drivers Ed and Time Trial is now open.

information and registration forms.

Vitacco (mvitacco@nc.rr.com).
A special note about the event on the Full Course at VIR - Due to the
size of the course, we are forced to limit the Time Trial to 28
entries. Please get your entries in early to ensure your spot in the
Time Trial.
