Closed course road race ?

Hello Racer's,

I recall seeing a program on Speed about a yearly TT held on a closed piece of public road. It was held out West, I want to say Nevada. I thought it was the Snake River Canyon Run, but I can't find any info. Does this sound familiar to anyone ?

Ben Rockwell and Kyle Davis ran the Silver State Classic in 2001 in Ben's NX. The 145 mph class, IIRC.
