Its been a while since I've been suspension shopping. What do you guys recommend for a decent auto-x setup? I'm trying to stay on a budget at least for now, so I was thinking eibach pro-kit and a decent non-adjustable shock. I would like to get the AGX's but they're too expensive right now. I paid $90 each for my Accord a few years ago, and now all i see is $125-$150. Whats up with that? How good are the GR-2's? Anything else out there worth considering? Also, I was planning on running 16" wheels since I have a set already. What's a good size to run? Tire rack recommends 205/40/16, but I dont see Azenis or Kumho MX in that size. How wide/tall can I go without rubbing issues? Thanks.
55's will rub. You should be fine with anyhting lower than 50. I have 205-55R15 Ziexs and they rub in the rear without a spacer on my wheels. Try p-s-t.com for the AGXs, I got them there for $350 IIRC. Plus they can be converted to coilovers later with Ground Control. Try to get some hypercoils if anymore are available or if anyone is selling theirs. They are almost perfect rates for the B13. The AGXs are probably the best for the money for B13s.

in that order. List order does not consider price, rather price/performance and diminishing returns.
Yeah, I hear that. It's just that I need new struts anyway before I can start auto-xing, so I figured I'd start there, and while I'm at it, put some springs in there too.
Does anyone if a 225/40/15 will fit on the front? I have a set of 15" Hoosiers (2)225/40/15 and (2)205/45/15, mounted on some old prelude wheels and was hoping to mount them on the 15"x6.5" Konigs that were on the car when I got it. I'm assuming the offset is +40 on the Konigs, but I'm not sure.
I couldn't fit 225/40R15s without longer wheel studs and spacers. The biggest problem was in the rear where the wheels hit the strut more than in the front.
