I ordered a motor from pootmasterflex and couple months ago and I got it shipped to my house as soon as the money cleared paypal and he dropped it off to ship and it got here in two days. So I had no problems at all with him. So I don't think he's trying to scam people for sure.

Whats the tracking #? What address did you send it to? If you really think Im going to ruin my buyer/seller rep on this forum for a set of heatshields, your sadly mistaken. I have all my paypal records for when I had to buy the heatshields from other people one by one. If you had a tracking number why didnt you send it to me? i hate when this kind of sh*t happens..thats why i get paranoid as hell when dealing online, unless its someone i know to be of good character

I can't get back into my complaint since it was closed out as unresolved.
I got the following from PayPal on Jan 23rd:
"Dear Tim Rogers,

After careful review, we have concluded our investigation of the Buyer
Complaint described below.

We have decided in your favor, however, we were unable to recover any funds
from the seller's account. As stated in the PayPal User Agreement, recovery
of funds associated with a Buyer Complaint cannot be guaranteed.

Please know that we will make our best effort to recover the funds in
question if they become available in the seller's account in the future and
will take appropriate action against the seller. Such action may include
issuing a warning, a temporary restriction, or terminating the account.
Keep in mind that PayPal uses a number of factors to determine when to take
action, including member complaints. Due to privacy laws, we cannot discuss
the details of any action taken. We hope you understand our policy and that
it assures you that you are safe using PayPal. "

Ryan, since you had appealed, maybe there is something you can do to get the case reopened so that I can clear the issue.

I guess its money order time I cant do anything to resolve this matter theyre saying they want a photo copy of recipt for refunding your money which is not what happened I sent you the header so I dont know how you wanna handle this is they anyway . can you call paypal and resolve this situation ??? because there nothing I can do from my end -Ryan

This is weak. Pootmaster is banned until I hear from Knuckleduster that he has the money. And I wouldn't blam him if he take his sweet ass time to tell me. You've had plenty of time to get him his money.
