I did not want to result to this but I guess we gotta do what we gotta do!
I purchased a set of KYB AGX's from him for a price of $210 dollars. I and he was under the assumption of them being in good working order. I accepted the struts and when I got them I just put them in the closet with the other performance parts that are being put on in a month or two. ( This was in October), I went to trade these to a friend of mine for his GC/AGX setup (CharlieH98) and I sent them to him( Each strut was marked with a marker where only I could see it). He gets them and tells me they were blown. He sends them back to me immediately(same day he accepted them with all the markings on them so I knew he wasnt messin with me). Another 40 bucks later in shipping charges and I have 2 blown struts and 2 good ones. I email Jordan about this and tell him to give me a call or to give me his phone number to call him. He says," why cant we just talk about it on here". I didnt understand why I couldnt talk to him on the phone about this.
This is starting to sound a little sketchy!
Now I let him know about this I want to say 2 months after I bought them. I have many people on this forum to prove that I havent touched them and that I am still bouncing around on my stock struts with sprint springs. I understand his position on questioning why I didnt tell him just after I bought them, but I am sitting over here with 2 blown struts and 2 good used struts for $210. I repeatedly PMed him to get his phone number to call. I didnt understand why he wouldnt want to talk on the phone. I told him to send me $75 and I will be out of his hair about this. But it has gone to far. 3 months of bullsh*t and getting no where. Now I just want to express the way I feel. This is some bullsh*t. I thought this guy was alright and was a straight forward businessman when it came to selling used parts. It has not been that way. I own a business now and would not want to put anybody down. To me and everyone else $75 is a lot. He just sent me an email saying that " since I own a business and am turboing my car, why am I all worried about $75 bucks".
Now doesnt this sound a little weird!
I guess this is just a warning with buying used parts, used struts, and used items from Storm88000 also known as Jordan. As I said in the beginning and I say again, I dont want to ever put anybody down or ever say anything like this. I guess it was a chance that I took and now I am paying the price. Please think twice when purchasing items that are used, especially used struts. I know both him and I are active members on this forum, but I am not going to hide this sh*t any more. This is all out bullsh*t and for the record jordan, it costs money to make money and I just opened my business up. It is not a tree that grows money and my turbo doesnt come from a sponser for nothing! Money is a big deal and going public to get my word out has to be done I guess. Hate to bring anything else in but (CharlieH98) told me about some problems he had with jordan also. If you mind your name being brought up charlie then please PM me and I will edit this post. But enough is enough, I should of went public a long time ago but I felt like being a nice guy. Sorry enough of being stomped on. It is not even about the money anymore it is about the way you went about handling this. You would speak to me on the phone about getting a payment but not to fix a problem with the product you sold me. Didnt have a problem cashing the check but cant take the consequence of your problems you sold to me. Thanks again for these past 5 months of stupid aggrivation. Please comment on this!

Damn mark sorry this happen to u, i know how is feel to get something that u like and it doesn't work. Just make sure that T28 is not blown.
I would recommand u to get the Setup from Andreas Miko cause he don't fu*k people over on anything. It might be a little bit more expensive but u get what u pay for.
Thats got to suck.
Sorry to hear about the news.
I had a similair experience with a forum member as well.
We did a trade and I sent him what he wanted the next day.
How long till I got my piece?...................
1 week..................3 weeks................. 1month.................
2 months!!!!..................
It took 2 months to get my stuff.
I was very pissed off.
Needless to say I am never dealing with this individual.

Wow, I find out more stuff you never told me. You NEVER told me you tried to trade the KYB's to someone for GC's. That makes your story sound even worse.
Mark, we discussed this already a thousand times, but I guess you feel the need to cause a big controversy.
1. I sell you struts in October of 2001. I don't hear anything from you about them ever again.
2. Then you come to me in February 2002, 4 months later and tell me two are blown.
3. I am do not run a business and personal items do not come with a warranty. Besides the fact that all four struts were fine when I sent you them, but thats a whole different story. Sure, had you told me within a reasonable amount of time after you got them they were blown, I would had surely agreed to replace them for you.
How do you know the other guy didn't fool with them? You also told me YOU put them on YOUR car and told me YOUR mechanic said they were blown. Never once did you mention trading with this Charlie character. You with held information regarding the issue, and now it sounds like there is more suspicion on your side, to be honest.
As for your "warning" to other people doing business with me, I've sold a plethora of items on here and I'm sure everyone was satisfied with what they received from me.
Alright lets clear up your head on this one. I did not put them on my car. I brought them down to my mechanic and he said they were blown. Why would I want to put blown struts on my car (Please comment on this everyone). Another thing is you wouldnt talk to me on the phone. We talk about this a number of times, all I said was to give me a call. No fu*kin big deal at all, just give me a call. Another problem with your story, I got back to you in December not fu*kin february. That is 2 months after. I can probably give you an exact date that I found out when I get a hold of CharlieH98. This problem occured a while ago and you keep saying I never told you until last month. Now that is some bullsh*t, yet again some more bullsh*t to the problem. As I said before and I will say again, it is not about the money. It is about the way you are handling this. You sold me bad struts for money. I understand there is no warranty but come on now! Heres an analogy for you," I sell you a used clutch for $210. You and I dont think it is warn down. You get it, see that it is blown about 2 months later after not installing it. Wouldnt you want sh*t at least most of your money back. And I am over here saying, why cant we just talk about it on the net". Man, Now that is some bullsh*t. This did not have to come down to this but like i said earlier, I gotta do what I gotta do. Please comment people, I dont want to feel like I bent over and took it from this guy!
As I said before, we are both active forum members and I am not saying dont do business with him. Just warning you to think twice because what happened to me definitly sucks. Oh yeah, dont try and get Jordans phone number folks, he doesnt like phone calls. I see you cant handle getting a phone call from me that would be charged to my phone bill. fu*kin people these days.
I purchased Stock 30K mile or so struts from him to raise my car back up. My car now looks like a monster truck but it rides like a cadilac once again. I was taking a chance purchasing used struts but it worked out for me. PLus the price was very fair at $50 shipped for all 4. Not taking sides, just giving my experience.

Hey 2wdBlazer and all:
I am not saying he has only sold bad stuff. He has sold many items on here before and that is why I bought from him. I dont like the fact that I got screwed. He was under the assumption that everything was in working order as was I. Come to find out it wasnt and both of us were wrong. Now the problem I have with this is the way he handled things. Thats all, the money is still an issue to but. I stated to him. " Just give me $75 bucks so I can get two new struts and I will dish out a little instead of me paying another $200 for 2 used struts and 2 new struts at the grand total of $410 (210 from before and 200 now). This did not come across him at all, I am very perturbed about this. I should of done it a long time ago just thought he was legit enough to stand up to a consequence! Guess not. Nothing against your sale 2wdBlazer! Have a good one.

MarkSR20, I feel for you and it sucks that chances are you will probably get nothing back out of this but a stupid lesson. On se-r.net, when I just started fixing up my car some guy sold me a "j-spec" short shifter and a "like-new" stb. The stb was all chipped up (I have no idea how but it was) and the short shifter was a stock shifter...missing the little protective boot. Struts and also clutches are about the worst thing in the world to buy used. Good luck with the situation

That is not true. It was the first week in February you told me about this, I know for a fact because I had just come home from my American Lit II class and that started January 22nd.
You also told me you installed the struts on your own car and that your car "wouldn't respond to them" - so it looks like you've been lying to me all over the place. I'm sorry you're so pissed Mark, and if this isn't about money, what is it about?
i guess i got lucky. silversx sold me my AGX/GC combo, and i met him in person. something that you prolly shoulda done when dealing w/ suspension item. i'm not tryin' to lecture ya Mark, trust me: i feel your pain. lord knows i prolly got the biggest shaft from a forum member last year on my NX brakes. anyhow, had my setup been bad, i'm sure i woulda driven to his town and tracked him down and beat w/ his blown struts!!! J/K.
seriously though, Jordan and Mark you're both adults i'm sure you can come to an agreement.
I'll take a position where I can only lose, but here goes.
Mark, as I'm sure you've learned, when receiving parts you really have to look the merchandise over well upon receipt. Many companies would expect you to do so within 30 days at the most. Not to mention problems within that time implies that you have received them in good working order.
As for Jordan, this isn't the first time your name has come up relating to problems with selling products. As with any business that has numerous customers, there will be problems. Resolving those problems to your customers' satisfaction is in your long term best interest and this may mean that you occasionally take an undeserved loss in order to keep your name clean and do more business.
I wish you both luck in mitigating your losses. BTW, are they still under warranty?
I dont know if its matters to anybody, but Mark is my boy and i remember when he got the struts and found out that they were blown. He seemed like he wanted to cry for christs sakes thats how upset he was. Now the reason i say that is because anyone that upset would definetly try to get in contact with the peson right away to get some answers YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN! And i remember Mark talking to me about it and everyday telling me that he emailed this guy Jordan and everything to get a hold of him. So on Marks behalf Jordan thats not right Bro you owe him $75 which is not a big deal. If you want to keep your self in good standing i would try to take care of the problem. Thats the way a good business aquisition should go down. Personally i was interested in your cams awhile back, but because of Marks deal i didnt persue farther! Dont take it the wrong way i got nothing against you, but you can see how one mess up occurs and you lose a interested customer. P.S Marks business is now open and ready for GREAT DEALS!!!!

If Mark seriously was crying over $75, thats pretty ridiculous, considering he runs a business now and is turbo-ing his SE-R, which costs thousands of dollars.
It's also kind of amusing to me how you make it seem like I missed out on you not buying my cams; perhaps you didn't realize I had about 15 other offers on them.
I would think regardless of how rich or what he is doing he is fighting you more so on principle than the money. Just because you don't think he "needs" it doesn't mean its right. I'm not choosing sides just pointing out the fact that that is a pretty juvenile argument.
