Just thought you all might like to hear my recent experiance with Ben and JWT. I ordered a ECU from Ben at JWT, but first I had to find a used ecu for my 98. I ordered a ECU from Northern Auto Sales (found the ECU for $75) and had it shipped straight to JWT. I tracked the shipment and the day it arrived I called JWT and spoke with Ben again. I nicely asked if they could examine the ECU to insure if it was the proper item and in working order. He seemed reluctant at first but said he would do it after I explained my warranty would expire. He said I would get a call if something was wrong and to not expect anything if everything was OK. Two days latter he calls just to let me know everything is OK with the ECU. This was better then he stated he would do and frankly with all the bad vibes about the customer service its nice to get some good news.
