I agree with Storm8800 if he did not take anyones money there is no harm or foul. If I put something up to sell and then change my mind, thats my part and have the right to change my mind.

What I cant understand is why would anyone pay $1200 or $850 for C3 Cams when I sell them for $600 shipped to your door. Maybe I am missing something but I sell C3 cams and JWT springs and retainers for $1200 and that is a good deal.

Thanks to all you guys who see this from my perspective. Having just lost $600 I didn't think things could get much worse this week until that guy made this thread bashing me for not doing anything.

BTW Andreas, NX2k was supposed to sell me C3 cams AND the springs and retainers for that much.

I guess it was too good to be true, I am generally trusting person by nature and I guess I learned my lesson. :o

you never did tell me that you didnt have the cams in your possesion. and maybe once you told me "ill let you know", however, you also did admit that u had the cams in your possesion. even *** you told me once that "youll let me know", you continued to preceed with the deal without letting me know that you might not get the cams.

actually ebay is a legal binding contract. if a person auctions something off, he is obligated to sell it if someone wins the auction. the only way a auctioneer can refuse is if he includes a "reserve price" which storm88000 did not do. with a reserve price, if the ending auction bid is lower than that price, the auctioneer reserves the right to sell it or not.

Then you proceeded to make several different deals with me and continue the BSing. Why dont u cut the BS and tell me the truth from the beginning. i dont mind paying you $250 more that what u paid for it as long as its a good deal.....*** cut the crap about losing 300 bucks and tell me straight that you might not be able to fulfill the deal because u might not get the cams.

Sucks that Storm might lose some money, b/c seems that Nx2kridah never sent them-Bites.

Buying cheap, selling for a profit-nothing wrong all about business!

Storm not saying up front that he does not have the cams to potential buyers ebay or not-(even though no money was taken)- the principle of it- shady as hell.
