Angry B14_VZR, anyone know this guy?

Anyone deal with this guy? I paid him a couple of weeks ago for an MSD switch for my VE project, and so far no switch, and more maddening, no communication.

His PM box is full, emails ignored, and yesterday I phoned him and it went straight to voicemail.

At first I thought he might be a good guy as even though he didn't have Paypal, he said he'd ship immediately if I send a MO.

Well, I did, and he didn't.

Any help here? My VE's not gonna "live" because of this guy...

GRRR!

I'm seeing he hasn't been on the site since Sunday. I'll PM him and include you and this thread.

Thanks for the help. He's been on since the last successful PM asking for an update, though...

Still nothing from this guy. Anyone have any ideas? I did mail a MO so I do have grounds for a Mail Fraud claim.

I sold stuff to him, but didn't have any issues. That's about all I know of him.

Good luck Scott

BUMP!! Still nothing from this deadbeat. I'll give him this week, then I'm filing a mail fraud claim. As it is I'm going to have to buy a new rev switch to get my project done on time. At that point I won't even NEED what I PAID FOR!

Grr...

At this point I'd rather have my money back as I'll probably have to hedge my bets and buy new to guarantee I have one when I need it.

Either way, thanks for whatever help you can offer...

You have got to be fu*king kidding me.....it was free. I told you im sorry about what happened with the sale. BUT you got it for free. I spent a total of $77 for you to get it next day when i relized i made a mistake. I sent you your money back PLUS the box. So, as cory said, be happy and quit bitching and get your VVL popping and fill it up with $40 worth of gas that i gave you. But if you are that bitter over the sale i will gladly take it back, you have my address.

Thumbs down

You accepted his money.
You didn't ship the parts.
You ignored his attempts to contact you.
This held up his project for weeks.
He finally gave up waiting for you and paid allot more to someone else.
For whatever reason (guilt?) you shipped it overnight at great expense to yourself (without contacting him), which you could have easily avoided if you had taken care of things properly in the first place.

And you don't understand why he's not jumping for joy at getting the part for free? After you strung him along, delayed his project, ignored him, and then sent him something he has no need for because he had to buy it from someone else since you didn't ship it?

Wow

Chriscar.....i see your point BUT, i sold my car and completly forgot about this and im sorry for that. I did not ignore him i straight up didnt know what was going on. A fellow forum member told me about this. He never told me not to send it to him so the next logical thing to do was get him his parts and refund as soon as possible. If he has somthing bad to say about his free part that i gave him he was more than welcome to tell me via pm or a phone call. I would then tell him to fu*k off(as i just did in this post). Im sorry about this mixup and you can keep this post around to show the forum how big of ass hole i am. But im sorry.

the point im trying to make is that i gave him his money back and made numerous phone calls to him to let him know what was going when, i myself, knew what was going on.
