Hello all, I've been trying to contact NX2K Tony Chung. Here's why. First off I want to say that I'm not mad at/or with him in anyway at all. I bought a full set of KYB AGX's from him in the first week of may. Within the next 2 weeks I had 2 fronts and one rear show up. The other rear has still not shown, but canada postal's tracking shows that it was submitted for shipping on 5-14. Canada postal said that the shipper is the only person that can place an inquiry about the package so it can be traced/tracked and find out whats wrong. I have PM'd and emailed Tony through the forum and I called the phone number that he listed on the other shippments that I received( I left a message). He does know to keep a look out for it in case its sent back to him. He knows I haven't gotten the 4th shock. I just need him to place an inquiry. I know he does not get on the forum much anymore. I gathered that from sending PM's back and fourth with him. My last contact with him was on 6-11. And my last attempt was 6-25.So, with all that said. If anyone knows Tony. PLEASE have him contact me or file a inquiry to the Canada Postal of tracking #
CX192 469 197 CA. I will still try to contact him with the info I have, but this is the last thing I know to do. I'm way down here in Ms and the forum is the only tool I have to track him down. Now that I posted this the package will show up tomorrow. Thats how it goes some time. Thanks for any help you can give me. Adam
Well, Still no rear shock and after what seems like thousands of messages left, still no response. Even another member on the fourm that had his number already has tried calling him for me and he gets the same response. Nothing! All he has to do is call the Canadian postal service and collect the insurance and pay pal it to me so I could get a new shock. But now I'm just going to buy one. I can't wait any longer. And now I am pissed. This is crappy(with a capital S) customer service on his part by not following up. I hope he doesen't have plans to ever start a busniess. This all speaks for itself and life goes on. So watch out for him if he pops back up on the forum. Thanks
