Problem .. need some advise

I have some issue
have been purchase some item from a buyer via this forum

i have paypal him at 14 Sep but till today he not yet send me the item
nor tracking info
he got reply my message but citing busy with work schedule so on
I really no idea what i can do

As far i know via the forum
Pay Pal only entertain you if you file the report in less than month after the payment date

should i file for the Report first ? since the date is almost due.
just thinking for some sake of my security in case really a fraud case

need comfirmation and advise since involve about USD500 item

I would file with paypal as soon as you can. Even if you work a lot it doesn't take a month to mail something.

contact paypal..... whats the members name?? maybe somebody knows them and could talk to that person...

put the claim in! then deal with the rest later. You can cancel the claim too...

sorry not to tread jack, i have a similar issue with oneclerk4u from here. does anyone know him? can you pm me back. i havnt heard a thing for a month now after he got my money for some lights.
