Who knows b13 SE-r, Still didn't get my parts!!!!!

I bought a set of springs and struts for my b-14 about 9-30-07 and I just got one or two e-mail replys saying he can't log in the forum but will send it out.

Now it is 11-15-07 and still no suspension parts or reply of my pm's and e-mails.

Does anyone know this guy?? Can the mods help me in this?

I would advise you open a paypal dispute to get his attention and to protect yourself if he doesn't respond to the pm I sent.

I would open a paypal dispute but I sent him a personal check on this one and I guess I trust people too much

Can you check with your bank and maybe track down the check? You should also be able to look into mail fraud if you mailed it to him.

Any update?

I'm requesting he be banned from the classifieds. I'll send him another notification when it is implemented and if we still get no response I may just give him the full boot.

but I am trying to see if I can get info of him thru the what I have gathered and also filed an internet fraud against him.
