I've been modifying SR20's for years now, and this company is without a doubt the most professional and reliable one I have ever dealt with.
I needed a clutch last year for my turbo car, and gave them a call to see what they had to offer. The salesman / engineer, Andy, spent close to a half hour on the phone with me discussing horsepower / torque expectations, driving habits and purpose of the car, with an uncanny attention to detail. After we decided on what would be best, he sent me the list we had put together attached with my invoice. He then called to let me know when the clutch was shipping and to provide a tracking number.
Fast forward to this year, a few weeks ago after coming to stop on an exit after some spirited driving, I realized the car had trouble going into gear. After taking off the transmission I realized one of the springs had come loose. I called Andy told him what happened and he issued me an RMA number. The clutch and PP were shipped back, fixed, re-surfaced, re-painted and then sent back to me. Everything was communicated to me during the entire process as well.
If any of you ever need a clutch, I HIGHLY recommend this company.
im swapping in a B15, already ordered 12 quarts of Redline MT-90 (discount when you buy a case)
funny thing is... if i would waited another week when i bought the B15 i could of gotten a P11 instead. oh well.
update, got the Clutch, installed it last weekend, so far... i was happy with the PP but not the disc. last night the disc broke while I was driving from the grocery store.
But as said before, they do have great customer service.
and i dont expect any problems returning it, and getting a replacement.
i've had a south bend clutch in my car for about a year and a half, and really have had no issues. It slipped a couple times, i gave them a call and they assured me it just wasn't broke in yet and to keep driving it...i did, and haven't had any trouble since. I have the dxd stage 4 clutch. The guys there are great, actually talked me out of the state 5 after our conversation. Saved me some green. I love the clutch, pedal feels great!
well, im thinking about getting a different brand clutch disc and running it with their PP.
Or getting refund, and getting a different brand altogether.
like i said, i dont want to pull the clutch out every week to replace it.
