Still no product and it's been 3 weeks, the problem is that NIssport keeps the money "unclaimed" so basically it is held hostage by them. You can't even start a dispute with Paypal while it's unclaimed.
I am sitting in traffic right now, I will update the other thread with more details on this crap later.
I ordered an oil adapter block about 10 days back, got order confirmation email, confirming part was in stock and would be shipped soon. I did send a follow-up by accident because I forgot that I had already received a confirmation. My follow-up email has not been replied to. I'm not in a hurry or anything but I personally REALLY REALLY VALUE communication, above all else it just feels genuine if people can communicate with you. Imagine you went into a shop and the owner wouldn't respond to you, or you paid at the counter and they didn;t give you the item or say anything at all.
I tried PM, email, calls, fax, etc. The 30 days came up and they still didn't claim my funds so Paypal gave me my money back. I never got an email back even after I got one saying the part would be sent out in a week or two.
I just bought a NRG setup and got in a week and am satisfied with it so far.
