Received a broken set of HIDs after purchasing them over a month ago. Returned the item to the address specified by Tauriq (his real name), heard back only once since. Not one word in two weeks. I have not received a refund since I have been asking for one for at least the last two weeks. Never received a replacement set whatsoever.
He seems like a nice guy and communicated great at 1st, but now nothing

Ive been communicating with you this whole time man. You bought an HID kit and said both the ballast didnt work. I gave you the address to send them back to to replace them. The guy recieved them and said that the ballast did indeed work and that you most likely needed a relay kit to make the kit work on the car you were putting the kit on. I promptly told you this and told my guy to send the ballast back to you. The issue here isnt me. Its the person you sent the ballast to. He seems to only be willing to send stuff once you make a paypal claim on his ass and its really REALLY pissing me off. I have since stopped buying ANYTHING from this guy. I have a paypal claim on this guy as we speak and if he doesnt provide me with a tracking number on the ballast being shipped back to you before the paypal claim is done then he will have to pay. Its not like im ducking you.
Your paypal claim on me also isnt helping things. Your asking for a refund on a kit that you have in your hands. I understand that your just trying to cover your butt. But im here. Its not like im disapearing or something. Everytime I get new info I let you know asap. Ive dealt with this guy on many occasions buying kits in bulk and selling them before this. Just recently somehow someway this guy became the worst seller Ive ever dealt with. In turn you probably think IM the worst seller Youve ever dealt with. But its honestly not me.
Like I said this is going to take some time since its paypal doing the investigating now. Honestly if you could take that paypal claim down on me, that would help things also.
*edit* And I just looked back and it actually has been two weeks since you heard from me . For that im REALLY sorry. I honestly thought I had been responding to all of my PM's. But something must have happend with the responses to you. You actually sent me a pm the other day that I responded to but I guess you didnt get that either. Maybe its my internet connections or something. But I am really sorry about that.

I have not received neither an email or PM about this. I have not heard from you in weeks. I will gladly remove any bad things had I known this. To this date I haven't heard this nor seen the lights back. I never knew you ever had to run a relay to properly get HIDs to work, but ok, I'll give it a shot. I just need to see either the lights back or my money back and everything will be ok,

Tauriq can you please find out what's going on with this? the tracking information has not changed and just says Picked Up, it seems like he dropped it off and didn't pay for shipping . It was supposed to be here today.
