In 2 days it will have been exactly 2 months since I paid him for DET short block. Took about a month to get the majority, but he couldn't fit the upper pan in box with rest. He has said several times it is going out the next day or "this weekend", but I still don't have it. I want to send everything off to get cleaned and am stuck waiting. He hasn't responded to my PMs or emails since March 20th.
I'm not even upset that he misrepresented condition.

Come to find out after buying it that it blew a head gasket. I got it and checked the head plane and found it to be out of flatness spec. Still usable, just need to replane which was going to do anyways.
I understand being busy, but it isn't that hard to ship stuff. Especially when you claim it is packaged and ready to ship for a month.
