this person just told to me and other forum member we can sent the money and we did it, just for ask about whats happening he put a negative rating on me, then i was thinking he will send me the muffler so i just wait for a week, i sent some pm's to know when its going to arrive the muffler, and he answer me just say that he don't want to argue about it and that he sent me the money back, i wait for the money again one week but nothing is happening, he dont reply to my pm's.
I have seen that he was connected and he doesnt reply me or sent me the money, i have spent lot of time since 01-04-2008 until now with this person.
i just wait until this weekend to star a paypal claim. he stole me and i just want to say everybody to take care with this kind of member that abusse of your trust.
im involved in some way out here, because i sent the money in behalf of gatoton, i have just opened a case in paypayl, also sent pm's to him and no answer..

I bought the VRS catback that was attached to this Muffler that you speak of. I paid him and within a week it was shipped out and four days from then I had it at my front door. I had no problems with him. Just keep trying to get a hold of him. Good luck.
the pay pal claim was opened, and he replied, that he already ship it but nothing arrives yet since april the 4th, also its an overnigth service, and got nothing ...

I do know he works for Fed Ex. So it should be on its way. Call Fed Ex and speak with someone and have them track it for you. They will know more details about its tracking than what the online system shows. That is what I had to do. Remember you are getting a package that is being shipped out of the US. Right? If so that could slow the shipping process, but I don't know for sure. With him working for them he could be entering it into their shipping system differently than if you and I had something shipped. At least thats what I thought when he sent out the VRS to me.

i gave him an address there in u.s. in phoenix az, he did'nt answer to my pm's and its been 1 month since that day and i don't have the money or the muffler :S

im very sure this coward just made a count and is still in this forum because his count (jon_gee) has no activity since 18-04-08 and thats almost imposible, i just want to warn you guys to not send money to this paypal addres: jong_200sx@hotmail.com, if someone know his name just put it on to make more public fraud
I bought a couple of items from his partout and he shipped them right away, I got them in two days. Maybe there is a reasonable explanation. Obviously since he hasn't been on the forum since 4-18-08, then there is something going on that you guys dont know about.
Edit: It looks like he is in the Marines also, never know whats going on.
