I wouldn't say that he's a bad seller, he's just not completely honest or just lazy. I bought a SC61 from him a few days ago, the turbo got here fast and it's clean with no play.
However there is a bolt stuck in the manifold flange that needs to cut off and there is a bolt missing from the exaust housing, like the turbo has been clocked and they never put all the bolts back in. Both are not hard fixes but it would have been nice to know about them before I got it. If you're gonna buy from this guy make sure you have full discloser from him before you buy...
