they money is already discounted from my paypal account...y should i stll ship? hell get his money back. here comes all the drama queen^
If the money is discounted (its actually on hold) why dont you go ahead and call paypal and tell them that they should go ahead and give me the money.
One more thing : I dont see how anyone is being drama queens.......maybe if it had been two weeks but as long as it has been since I purchased this from you I think that these are appropriate reactions. Plus you admitted to planning on using these on your own car.......um ......what? That is just insane.
why is it insane if i know ur gonna get ur money back. also u said ull get ur money back regardless....but yet u still want me to ship the item.
The thing that is insane is that you planned to use them on your own car AFTER I had already paid for them. I did not want you to ship them AND send me my money back. I wasnt trying and am still not trying to screw you over but once you admitted to wanting to use them on your car and you have the same set-up that is screwed up I started thinking that you might be trying to send me the busted ones. Now I just want my money back BC if I receive them and they are busted then thats just gonna be a whole nother issue and to be honest with you im tired of dealing with this.
ok to clear something up that you 2 obvioulsy dont realize is, paypal doesnt issue him his money back from their pockets, they take the money from the persons paypal account, or they take what they can. if he doesnt have any money in his account, you will get nothing. been there, done that. so he'd better send you your suspension you paid for or you're SOL.
As Ricer_X_01 said, PayPal doesn't magically produce the money, they take it out of the seller's account, so they're not going to bail you out.
Now you're bitching that he ruined your feedback rating? What exactly do you think the feedback system is for? You brought it on yourself, so suck it up.
Since you don't have the money, and it sounds like you won't have it any time soon, you need to ship him the parts he paid for a month ago. Until you do, I'm banning you from the classifieds, and deleting any open ads you have, including the JWT ecu one.
Once he gets the suspension, he will cancel the PayPal claim, and you won't have a negative balance.
The money has been 'discounted' from your account? And you now have a negative balance? How much is the negative balance? PayPal will only give the buyer money they can take out of your account, so if your balance was $450 and they put that on hold pending the outcome, you'd be at a zero balance. If you had less than $450, then buyer is getting screwed.
If you ship the parts the guy paid for, PayPal will release the hold on your account. Quit holding the guy up, either refund his money, or send him what he paid for.
shift_b13, I suggest you file a claim with the US Postal Service for postal fraud if this isn't resolved in the next 24 hours. He already posted pictures of the boxes with his name and address on them, which you can use as evidence.

ummm you fu*ked up your own feedback by being shady and not shipping out items that were paid for. What did you expect him to do? Call you an awesome seller?
^Damn right it's shady......

The suspension is no longer yours. You sold it so you CANNOT USE IT.
Your being a toolshed. Either give the guy his suspension or his money back. There is no argument that you could think of that would make ANYONE take your side.
^NONE

^Listen to this MAN! SOL is right. Why the heck would paypal use there own money? People would be making claims everyday. It wouldn't be a paypal. Does this guy have a steady paycheck or some kind of income to deposit into paypal is the next question. You get a stimlus check? Man something got to give. I'm 100% with Ricer_X_01.

^This is what I thought............Hmmm, has paypal changed the rules since I last used them today?
OK,
so I contacted paypal and the way that they do it is they ban him from paypal and then send him to a collection agency if he does not ship or pay. blue-ser could save himself a lot of trouble if he would just ship my stuff.
