Thumbs down S13chuck

http://www.sr20forum.com/forced-indu...4-shipped.html

Short story: S13CHUCK sold me a fu*ked up turbo. It was not what he said it was. And definetly not worth the money i was tricked into paying for it.

Longer story: I bought this turbo from S13chuck after many Pms were sent back and forth between us. He stated "there is zero up and down play, and maybe a mm or so of in and out play.. totally fine, spins free, no scraping,". I took his word for it and transfered funds via paypal.

Upon receipt of the turbo i immediately noticed that the turbo had more than just a mm in and out play. Actually it was more like 3mm in and out play. I decided to take the housings off to inspect the wheels and insides of the housings. On the inside of the compressor housing there are scrapes all around where the compressor wheel is supposed to fit in, not rub. The rubbing of the wheel and housing completely sanded down the egdes of the fins on the wheel. The turbine side didnt appear to be rubbing anywhere.

I installed the housings and clocked for FWD and couldn't get the wheel to rub anymore. So, after I took pictures, i still decided to install to see if i was just being paranoid or if this was really a problem. Well i put the turbo in the same way my last on was everything hooked up right. I double, and triple checked, everything and started it up. It blew a puff of white/blue smoke as soon as it started which i didn't pay much mind to, just because of possible contamination during install. So i go for a ride around the block. Alittle gas and more white/blue smoke out of the exhaust. The car warms up after a little bit so i give it a little boost. I got 5lbs in second gear and the smoke behind my car looked like John Force just did a burnout right behind me. So, i limp back to the garage and pop the hood. No leaks, i went back to the muffler and saw milky oil spitting out and caking the inside of the muffler.

I guessed there was a small possibilty that my head gasket was messed up, but a compression test proved other wise.

I sent him a message as soon as i recieved the turbo, and told him that i was disappointed and that the turbo is not was he said it was.

He has not logged on since he recieved payment on the 1st of May.

What should i do, if i can do anything?
