I bought a couple of rear assemblies from this guy and he hasn't shipped in nearly 2 months.

I already bought a few items from him, upper strut mounts and such and they arrived O.K., so I placed a second order for the lower components, spindles, braces and bushings. I sent him $85.00 for the parts, including shipping and Paypal on March 29, 2008.

I asked he wait until shipping for two weeks, while away on vacation, and he told me he would definitely ship at our pre-arranged date, so the box wouldn't be out doors, while I was away. They should have arrived on April 11, 2008; or during the following week.

I have written him, several times and no response.

I called him twice and both times he said he was either sick or working 80 hours a week. That's a great excuse and I told him no problem. That was two weeks ago, and he's been on here since and sold plenty of parts lately, so I'm thinking they shipped and he's busy, but no word after I PM'd him three times now.

Anyone seen him or heard from him?

I'm really not trying to raise a stink about this seller, as long as he responds. He has come through in the past, so maybe he forgot to ship?

If they already shipped, I'll gladly retract this complaint, as the first order was exactly as promised; and I see others who may have received their parts, on his other sales threads.

Well I'm still waiting, patiently.

I have another set already to ship, but I cannot take delivery until you cover this debt.

I really appreciate your parts from the first sale. What happened?

A phone call 6 weeks ago would have prevented this thread.

Please leave word when you are able to refund my payment, or pick up the phone and call me.

Dear Mr. moderator,

Please make sure this seller will not be able to rip anyone else off.

It has been weeks since he promised to refund.
He refuses to contact me directly, as asked and has my address, phone number and email address.

I would think it's time to file a police report for fraud charges, after he promised to refund and by his own word, he has been working 80 hours a week.

His lack of action and reply are self evident as to his character.

Please email him directly and ask him to cover this debt, as he refuses to respond to my request.

I will also require your contact information and his real name and registered address so I may file criminal charges against him tomorrow.
