Question SXer5

I ordered a Greddy Type-RS BOV from this guy, payment sent May 19th. I have talked to him through PM's and he usually takes a while to respond, w/e. But He said that it has been shipped out, and nothing... Its Been almost a MONTH and I have not received anything.

http://www.sr20forum.com/forced-indu...pe-rs-bov.html

Thats the thread its from. He keeps telling me it has been sent out but nothing shows. I would like to get this, or my money back ASAP! I sent him a message telling me this and nothing yet.

He still hasn't been on the forum since June 2nd. I'll try an email again, before taking any other actions.

You paid via paypal right? Did you file a claim before the one month was up?!?

Yes... This will lock his account until it's resolved. Also, you can always reverse the claim once things are worked out...

Yeah same here no tracking number but said he shipped it. He is in Canada, so it's possible its stuck in customs but I HIGHLY doubt it.

Ok I am very confused. The Claim ended and I got an E-mail and this is what it said:

After careful review, we have determined that the seller is at fault but
regret to inform you that we were unable to recover any funds from the
seller's account.

We'll make every effort to recover the funds from the seller although we
can't guarantee you will receive a refund. For more information please
review our Buyer Protection Policy in the User Agreement.

And Now I checked the status on it on Paypal's site and this is what it said:

We have completed our investigation of this case. We have denied this claim and a refund will not be issued.

WTF??? Can anyone help explain this to me. I know they said they couldn't recover the money, but they would try to. And now it says that it wasn't favored for me???? So confused.

PM, I might help you explaining why this happened, however, paypal's resolutions are final and your money is a goner now
