Thumbs down Isidro @ High Performance Online

I have waited a long time to post this but it's about time someone shared why you should stay away from High Performance Online. The first spring deal was started in March and Chris and Rick did a great job of telling us what was going on with R&D, etc. The problems came with Isidro at HPO. I got my springs some 2+ months after they were shipped to him. It took numerous phone calls and his empty promises before I finally got them. Some guys had it much worse than I did, some maybe never got them. He cashes checks quickly, but ships very slowly. Word of warning! Stay Clear!

This info is dead on. I dont think anyone involved in this will ever deal with him again. Just to be clear, chris did a great job handling all of this and isidro's behavious should in no way reflect on chris.

I want to know all who have not gotten their springs. I will personally investigate this problem.

I just felt it necessary to let people know what happened. While I got my springs after a long wait, there are those that really got the shaft. Dre if you want to see why people are so upset, go here:

I had a mixed experience with Isidro. I got my AGXs from him last year; it took him WAY longer to get them to me than it should have; dozens of phone calls where I was told things were on the way but never arrived. It finally came out that he had a new guy working there that was totally dropping the ball. We also went back and forth for a long time about strut mounts; He ended up paying for them to be overnighted from the Tire Rack, so he did right by me in that regard. This was last Feb BTW. More recently he helped me out with a repair issue on the AGXs, in which I was completely satisfied with his input.

My $.02

Well fu*king him up I can not do but I will get some results as soon as posible. I know Isidro for about 8 years now so I can say he is my friend. I do promise to get this resolved. Please be patient.

Actually I've had good experiences with Isidro, I ordered AGX's, motor mount, and some other small things and I got them in a timely manner and all for a great price

I got a check as well, but it was for $239 not $269. $30 bucks is $30 bucks! I've made contact twice but it's still not totally resolved.

well, im now even less happy. I jsut found out the check and brakelines he sent were to the address that i told him to never never never send to (my former employer from a year ago) So they received this package and had to pay duty and customs on it and are not happy with me at all. I gave him my current address and had him type it into their database
this is not good at all. I can no longer get a good referral from my former employer because of this
