I have been hesitant to post her on this guy, but as the days pass & my fustration grows, I now feel compelled to air the matter here - since he no longer chooses to address the matter in an open way...

I, as well as several others both here and at the Nissan Forum, have participated in the group buys sponsored through this individual for either front STBs or VIS CF hoods.

Since I have paid for the STB, and this payment has been acknowledged, I have received nothing in the way of information or shipping confirmation over the 1+ weeks. Shipment was promised on Feb 9th, yet no tracking number and no further information.

The amount of money I personally am out is trivial, but the guys who have paid for the hoods are out a sizeable chunk of cash.

So, SEReDman, time to come clean with information such as shipping details or at least when they might be shipped, or face legal actions, starting with a PayPal investigation...then I'm sure the West Covina PD might be involved shortly thereafter.

No more computer virus excuses...

I'm in the same boat as 96BlkSE-R, except I joined in the strut bar group buy by SEReDman on www.nissanforums.com.

He lied twice and told me he shipped out the bar...I still don't have it yet...supposedly he has shipped it out yet again but he gives no tracking number.

Even if I DO get the bar eventually, this was a major major hassle for something I could have bought and got off of eBay in about a week's time.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY!!!!

Well, you guys are welcome for the deal and its no problem, i can care less if people stay away. If people want great prices, they'll know where to go and i dont care if they dont go through me. You guys should go ask "LIUSPEED' from nissanforums.com whatsup, i met up with him at my house...i guarantee you he'll know watsup about my shop and if im legit or not... Lates.

Sorry for the vehemence, but no communication over a long period of time, and still no means of tracking leads to this kind of fustration.

Ok, I was holding off writing anything about him, but now it is becoming obvious that there will be no STB's for the majority of the purchasers. I paid for my STB Feb 4th and as of today April 8th I do not have the bar. Many people involved in his group buy are in the same boat. After many e-mails and PM's with plenty of excuses the bar has not appeared. I would not buy anything from him again, it is not worth the hassle. I would not deal with his company importimage.biz or his partner. I am turning this over to the authorities and hope that others do the same.

The NFIC has my complaint in their hands, and I will support anyone who decides to pursue matters further.

Never again. EVER. To put it another way, if he had the market cornered on SE-R parts - I'd sell my damn car before I bought so much as a keychain from Edmund Anonas, Michael Pelagio or anyone else associated with importimage.biz
