Yeah its not his fault GP..... its just something that as customers we have to overcome. You have to learn to ignore all the "EH's", "Aboot's", "Take off you knob" and "Hoser's" while on the phone and keep in mind Molson 3.0 is way stronger then any US beer, so if theres slurring thats why.... great businessman nontheless....
