Post How to File for Mail Fraud

http://www.usps.com/forms/_pdf/ps8165.pdf

If you have paid anybody for items on this forum and you did not recieve your payment, and any part of your transactions were done through the USPS (ie- mailed a check, paid with postal money order, anything in the mail) you can fill out the form linked above and send it to be investigated. **This is not for menial things, this is for serious happenings only**

Print and fill out the form and mail it to:

INSPECTION SERVICE SUPPORT GROUP
222 S RIVERSIDE PLAZA STE 1250
CHICAGO, IL 60606-6100

If they recieve your form, they will have an investigator investigate what has occured and if there is any wrong doings, they will right them.

Re: How to File for Mail Fraud

Can I add that you can also go to your local DA's office as well as the sellers/buyers local DA's office(by phone if necessary) and file a complaint and chances are they will get involved as well. My .02, I did a bit of research regarding possibly getting took and found this way as well.

Oh sh*t, this came in just handy in time, I was going to let my wife, who is also the Asst. DA for our County to handle this. I bought some stuff from a guy, jack me around with all sorts of bullsh*ts. I just hate being a pussy over some 30 bucks items, but if I don't do this he will sell his crappy bulls to all of us on the forum.

I ordered a Front Bumper Cover for a 1995 Pontiac Grand Prix Special Edition and the Company sent me who knows what. I sent the VIN and Service Parts Codes but they say I didn't give them the information to order the right part. Now they only want to give me 169.00 dollars back for a 445.00 bumper. This part came across state lines by DHL shipment but was paid for using a bank debit card. Does the above suggestions apply here or is there some other method I can use.

I sent someone a complete AD22VF brake swap through USPS, and they are claiming they only received one side. The box had a damaged sticker on it when he received it and it had been opened. How would I fix this problem?
