What does RT ecu let you do!

Hi, im not anoob and im pretty shure i know the answer, search didn't help me find so:
What RT ecu allow you to modify/change? The qestion i have is it allowed to play with ignition?

And what is the differences between RTVer2 from RTver1? Does it really so much PIMP compare to firs one?

Are you joking? Most people get it because it helps with the ladies, some get it because it is capable of allowing you to change anything the stock ecu controls. All kidding aside, I would steer clear of it "if I were you". It is not for the weak at research

I know you’re on another forum that has a dedicated ecu tuning section that has multiple threads on the different things that can be done with it, and have been for years.

This forum for years as well with a whole section dedicated to the ecu.

You were just yanking chains weren't you

That's kind of an open ended question. The v1 RT is just an emulator+CONSULT adapter with a single USB connection (it uses a USB to dual serial chipset, so the two halves are totally seperate). The v2 exposes the MCU that runs the emulator and gives you the capability of extending it's functions. It also lets the ECU write to the ROM space ala a NVRAM board.

The emulator contains the program that your ECU is executing. You can change anything. Knowing what you need to change is another question.
