Hey Calum it's Toby.... Playing phone tag sucks and I know everyone and there brother is trying to contact you.
I'm STILL having issue with RTv2.... Radiator is still turning on and no matter what I do I can't adjust the fuel out at idle. I spoke with Johnny (aka-jserrano in the nico forums) and he said the car is in safe mode. He said to make sure that I am in 64k mode by changing the ending lines to (FFFF) but in EmUtility I don't have that option. the only thing I see is the box to check for Large RAM. Didn't help any so I'm posting this here in hopes that you will be able to shed light on this.
Also on that SR20DET ECU you sent me I was wondering how to use the new outputs that you have on there. I would like to control the electric fans. I also can't seem to get Launch control working either.

Ok.... I'll try it in the morning..... are you using the s13 or s14 xdf file when you are looking at it in TunerPro.... I have been looking at it in s14.... or do you have a U13 xdf with Launch control?

Ok.... Obviously I must have been screwing up some how. I loaded the bin using the s14+LC xdf in TunerPro to be able to see what the bin looked like. now that I have the U13 xdf and looked at it in TunerPro it loaded up fine..... Now all I have to do is start tuning the injectors in for the N62 MAF and I'm all set.....
Now if I read in KA-T.org the K values are smaller. S13s are like26,000 vs S14/U13s are like 2,600 correct?
also I noticed that EmUtility seem like it allows you to load the xdf file to the ECU. Am I suppose to load the xdf file to the ECU?
The SR20DET/S13 ECU you did for me 2 months ago Calum tuned so freak'n easily that I had full confidence I could have the Altima running in 2 days.... I literally built the tune from scratch on that one and the car is wicked fast at 10PSI... It dynoed at 302whp and 298tq at 10PSI..... But my car has me "gun-shy" on tuning again...

I know they are WAY different. I noticed that as I compared bins and xdf files.

Well, I have switched over to E85 and plan on starting out on the 540cc subie injectors like we talked about to start. As I am more and more comfortable with tuning I'm going to increase to 740-860cc injectors to support my "boost habit".
Are the subaru injectors more or less drop in's or do they require resistor packs? I will be running tiny 370cc injectors in my altima for the time being, but would really like to upgrade the injectors and MAF once I have it running well.
I have been having a strange issue trying to get LC to work on the SR20DET ecu you did for me. Every time I adjust the 2 RPM points, Speed, and timing for it in TunerPro it seems to go "off the map". By the "off the map" statement I mean it goes from perfect idle (15.0 AFR) and driving (oh the car ran 12.5 at 109mph on street tires this weekend at the track) it idles at 9.0-10. and wont run for $hit... its only when I adjust in combination that it acts up.... no one else has been able to help walk me thru fixing the "bug" on this. With LC and stick tires the cars is gonn clip 12flat or high 11s for a Daily Driver.... I adjust them back to previous setting and the car goes back to being "perfect" again... AGGGGHHHHH!
8-( no... the xdf file I had said it was for LC... Damn now I feel like an a$$... I just emailed you the bin I have in the car and the xdf I used... want to get this sorted before the next track day... LC will let me cut better 60' times I'm hoping to do 12 seconds flat with slicks....!
Oh and on a side note I can't get calumsult to work on this ECU or my Altima ECU..... Calumsult locks up every time and I'd love to be able to see what the heck is going on as the car is running.
