They are like a Consult - the handheld device the dealer can use to view parameters on your car - CE light, TPS Voltage, etc. You need the Calumsult hardware and a laptop to view diff't things and do data-logging.

CalumSult is my company (my consult software is named the same, I stole that name for the company ). It is also an army of one, so bear with me as I get setup. I will be posting a FAQ about my company and products soon. May 1st is the target date for taking orders (all forum web store orders will be honored, of course).

You guys in the contributors lounge know what kind of toys I deal in.

I believe he is trying to use the vq35 ecu when he asks this question. He was using the vq30 ecu so he wouldnt have to deal with the immobilizer crap.

No, I work with B13, S13 era cars only. I have plans to expand to B14/S14 stuff, but no real plans for anything further.

With luck, I'm hoping to have a beta test stuff out there by the end of May. Hopefully that should iron the first of the hardware out, the programs will require tons more work from you guys.

If your familair with the B14 stuff you will know that there is a stumbling block that makes it trickier than B13 stuff. I've dumped some cash towards cracking that nut and hopefully it will pay off. I'll know in a week or so, its enroute from China.
