U13 programming with extras?

Ok this is what im thinking, i have my motor idleing good with the u13 ecu(auto) but i have a maf that doesnt want to work well with that particular ecu. So i wanna upgrade. Ive read and read up on your stuff and to my opinion your ecu's seem to use base timeing ( for whatever model we ask) as well as removing a few things which is what i want. SO i guess which lead me to this....

What i have : U13 ecu(auto), 370cc (adjustable fuel system), GTI-R maf

What i want : U13 ecu manual, with 370cc and programmed to 54c01 maf or maybe z32 maf. With rev limitier raised and speed limiter removed. with a option of viewing this ifno on my laptop. (Basically stock u13 manual ecu with limiter raised)

Nothing fancy right...now in order to do this i need to send you a b13 ecu...no mater se or se-r?? Is this possible...sorry if i sound dumb just not quite sure on your product...and dont want to pay for a jwt just yet. Thanks

Sorry, I managed to miss both.

I can do a U13 manual clone if you supply a B13 se-r (91-93, not a 94) core. You will have to use a USDM o2 sensor though, not the skinny JDM one.

Rev limiter, speed limiter, and Z32 maf aren't a problem.

Calum, I'm just wondering, why can a 94 ECU not be used?

J,

Dump the rom on one. If you don't have one shoot me an e-mail and I'll e-mail it to you. Its wierd. And familair. Very cool. I think its going to be a Rosetta stone.

91-93 programs seem to have problems on them too, although the hardware looks identical. They fire up on the bench but in cars don't work. I'm not working on anymore 94 ecus for the time being until I can get their code base supported.

Btw I haven't got your B14 ecu yet. I've got a board with your name on it.

awesome thanks for the info, i will be on the look out for that 91-93 ser ecu...also any time on when the b14 boards will be ready like the b13's are. I know you got thwe proto type thing going on now...

EDIT : Also, just curoius on why i need to use a USDM 02 sensor, is it becuase the ecu is a us model?

After reading i think i figure out why i need a usdm...thanks
