Calumsult, whatelse?

Okay now that i have this wonderful thing whatelse can i use to communicate with the ecu.....as far as diagnostic wise??? would like to pull codes and what not.. anything else out there for this... It seems to me calumsult is for when the car is running...I need something to read the ecu to see if its missing a signal or presenting an error....

thanks for the direction!


k i downloaded them....would this software be able to help detect why my fuel pump isnt kicking on and if a sensor is bad or not connected?

it can tell if sensors are bad or throwing codes. stuff like conzult will read out the sensors and if one is "dead" then you should see it, same as with other software. fuel pump....mroe likely a relay at the pump than anything else.

See if one of the other softwares has the fuel pump control stuff implemented. You can turn the pump on and off via the consult port. That should help troubleshoot it.

Is it throwing any codes? I use ConZult freeware to check for codes.
