Yep, the B14 requires a rear 02 sensor. I don't know of a way to disable it currently.

Yes. Rear o2 is for emissions purpose only.

You can also look into running an o2 sim instead so you don't have to add a bung to pipe.

So your saying i can sim the front o2 sensor??? instead of swapping it or is that only for the rear?

Does the o2 sensor have any real idleing effects??? I finaly got the fuel pump to work on my car and got it to turn over....but it was idleing bad. I swapped mafs/ re-grounded it, no change.

using ecu talk (during idle)
afm = 1.46v
tps = .048v
acc = 50, then to 75 stuck at 95 for a lil bit, then dropped down...<--is that iacv??
02 = 1.04v
lean/rich reg = 48 bit field

anyone know how to read that data?

Just adjust your k-factor, the program is currently stock. With the k-factor off you will get wierd idle stuff (it will idle rich or lean). You can tell when your getting it close when it starts to idle better.

Whats the afr at idle with it warmed up?

Beg/borrow/buy/steal a wideband and adjust your k-value. You can actually ballpark this without a wideband (your stalling problems will go away) to get the car drivable, but you really need to use a wideband and dial it in.

It doesn't have a display, but you can use a laptop as a display. If you go that route I think your better off with the Z where you can add a display later. The LM1 is only $100 more if you hunt though, I'd scrimp and save for it. In a pinch you can make the lc-1 work, just a little cumbersome.

Edit: This is super cheesy, but it would work:
