com port question

calum i set it up and it assigned 10 and 11 com ports all the lower ones are used. i see it says you can re use but i dont understand it says you need to have plug both devices in at the same time, thats the part i dont understand. If i assign it to 5 and 6 how do i know what 5 and 6 uses.

I don't know an easy way to see what XP has already assigned com ports to. If it conflicts it won't be the end of the world, XP will just b*tch at you.

Set channel A to com 5, channel B to com 6. In your consult software point them at com 5. Just hit 'yes' when windows burps about devices already being there, 5 and 6 are usually safe to use.

LiveEdit does not work. Its a long story. TunerPro is actually pretty decent.

I won't be available on Sat (doing some volunteer work), but the tech support line will be open Sunday evening.

I sent you an e-mail but Verizon is blocking my e-mails. My e-mail server sucks.

im not sure i read a post in the turbo section about someone having the same problems as me with a jwt ecu, from what i hear they have had problems with the 72lb program and even with the newer programs it still isnt completly fixed. Just changing the program was a big difference then when i put in the msd injectors then sealed good and that cleared up problems too. only thing i have left to adjust is my tps its showing .26 v which might be the idle sugre problem im having now brent hinted me to that.

yea im sure you could figure it out i think the bigest problem is way too much fuel at idle my wideband was burried it only reads 11.0 lowest so i dont know how rish it was. i a gonna get the ngk wideband that reads 9.0-1 up to 17.0-1
