What mods do you plan on adding to make your car run 13s? Ive only heard of 1 se-r that actually ran under 14s. So if you can do it would be a very big accomplishment.

Theres a lot of people and info on this board that can help you achieve you goal, so let us know if you have any questions.

Good Luck!

is 13's even achievable? even if u crack open the case
i guess with a bare interior, it is possible.

High 13's with NA will be high near impossible. To get to High 13's you will need in the range of 200 wheel horsepower or a *very* stripped car. The highest I have seen in horsepower is 185 to the wheels on a not very streetable NX. To go low 13's with NA will probably not happen for a street car running a DE. Once you move to a sr20VE then things will open up.

Not to rain on anyone's parade, but a little more research should be done before making such posts. Fortunately you are in Toronto, so you have very good access to Yoshio for ECU tuning.

i dun think money is an issue. i think it's a matter no amount of bolts ons will u be able to achieve a streetable nx running low 13's n/a with a DE.
i'll be the first here to raise my hand and doubt u but i'd love to see u prove me wrong and see this beast

You might want to slow down and give yourself 6 months...

I still would like to see the plan for the low 13's with NA. Not to be a doubter, but no one else has succeeded. Money is not the issue, it is solid engineering. Without some credibility in the engineering department, not many people will believe you.

Now that you have bought a turbo kit, it will be easier. Just out of curiosity who will be tuning your ECU? What kit did you end up going with?
