I know, I just bought it after searching for over a year...but recent changes in my life are forcing me to sell it. I was in the process of building it for auto-x/summer driving purposes.
1993 SE-R
- 124k
- No fifth gear popout
- Looks great for being 13 years old
- Less than average rust(still there though)
- Interior is immaculate
- Newer Continental All-Seasons on stock alloys(90% front, 50% rear)
What I've done in the last few months:
- Tune-up with OEM parts
- Fuel filter
- Oil change(duh)
- Brake pads and rotors all around(NAPA pads, Brembo fronts, NAPA rears)
- New windshield from Safelite
- OEM Starter
- Low mileage catalytic converter
Mods:
- KYB GR-2's and Eibach Prokits
- Suspension Techniques front and rear sway bars
- Stainless steel brake lines
- Jim Wolf Technology header(less than 1000 miles on it)
- Custom 2.25" exhaust piping and Magnaflow muffler
- Aftermarket spark plug wires
- Front upper strut bar
- Energy Suspension motor mount inserts
Doesn't sound like an auto-x setup? That's because I have some parts uninstalled that are AVAILABLE BUT NOT INCLUDED.
- New Road Magnet group buy springs(325/250 spring rates)
- Lightly used Front shortened Konis
- New Progress rear sway bar
- Carbotech Panther Plus front pads
- Kosei K1 lookalikes, 15x6.5 4x100/4x114.7 with Falken RT-215's with less than 500 miles on them.
Ok, the bad:
- Inner and outer tie rods on the driver's side are seized together. Found this out when I was getting it aligned. The parts are included with the car.
- AAC valve needs replaced. Part included with car.
- Has rust, it's lived in Ohio it's whole life. The majority of it isn't noticable from the outside unless you are looking for it. It's mostly on the rockers but there is still a little in the rear wheel wells and door jams.
- Some of the EGR stuff is missing. Most people remove it anyway, I just wanted to throw that out there. I'm sure it is easy to find.
Included with car:
- Inner and outer tie rods for driver's side plus new boot for the power steering rack.
- Known working MAF, AAC, distributor, fuel pickup, front calipers. Only needs AAC, just have all this just in case I ever needed it.
- Stock front and rear sway bars.
- Nissan oil filter
- Neutral and reverse switches.
Pictures(wheels not included):
I would love to see this go to someone with the intentions to finish prepping it for auto-x or road racing, although it would still make a good daily driver for someone too.
I paid $2000 for this a few months ago and put quite a bit of money into it. I think it is pretty reasonable to ask what I paid, so my asking price is going to be $2000 and I will entertain trades.
Feel free to ask any questions, I tried to put as much info in this thread as possible.
