Breakdown: Car was stolen on oct 27th and recovered on oct 28th 2012. Car was found missing old wheels, fake nardi steering wheels, stereo, cup holders, tools in the trunk and personal belongings also in the trunk. Some say i was lucky too thats all they took and was recovered in one peice
Took them 2 weeks for insurance to evaluate the damage done to the car, came back as a total loss which caused the car to get salvage title...
I have all the documents from the insurance company & police reports as proof I know its salvaged title but it wasn't because its been crashed or anything. Just thought i'd let you know where that came from but other then that its a pretty solid chassis & super reliable.
Since I have the car back I have restored her back to normal state & perhaps better then before, I have replaced wheels, steering wheel/QR, ash tray, 2 way pager alarm and some other security devices.
As of December 11 2012, I have done the process needed like brake/lamp safety inspection, smog check, VIN verification & also received new issued plates/tags registered till December 16th 2013. Everything is good to go...just got the pinkslip in the mail today December 20th, 2012
Buyer will receive smog certificate which was done 12/11/2012 and should be ready to transfer into your name just paying the transfer fee at the DMV.
