Built 91 Sentra SE-R -Socal

Up for sale is Street/Strip 1991 Nissan Sentra SE-R . This is a real SE-R, not a converted SE. Employees, friends and myself have spent years and hundreds of hours getting the car to the point where it currently is. The hard work is already out of the way and many hours of searching for parts or making parts has already been done. Between parts and labor I estimate there has been $12,000-14,000 invested to get it to the point where it currently is. For those of you who are familiar with these cars you might be aware of how hard it is to find one of these in decent condition these days. I looked for 6-8 months to find this car before putting thousands of dollars and years of work into it. One of the reasons I chose this particular chassis was that it didn’t have body rot and had a fairly clean shell without a sunroof.
As the car sits now:

Chassis, Suspension, Wheels and Brakes
215,XXX miles on chassis-(approx.) Lightweight, No ABS, Power steering, No PW or DL, No Sunroof, No AC or Radio
Tsuru grille and lights
Front hubs just rebuilt with new wheel bearings
Dark Gold B14 SE-R wheels
2 Falken Azenis (Not cheap) 205 50R 16
2 Hankook tires
New lug nuts
Previous owner informed me he replaced all calipers with NX2000 calipers, rotors and lines
New Non-ABS master cylinder
Ground control coilovers with KYB struts and new strut mounts, struts have less than 10,000 miles on them
Manual steering conversion- not done the cheap way with just disconnecting a power rack, Replaced with a used Manual TRW rack, new boots, new inner and outer tie rods, just aligned.
Paint is acceptable, but has dings and would benefit to redo it.
Newer corner lights
Newer coolant overflow tank
Single electric fan
New wipers

Drivetrain
2.1 liter JDM SR20 DE, bored .20 over, about 1500 miles on build
Polished and balanced crank
New pistons currently 9.2 to 1 compression ratio
New bearings, gaskets
ARP head studs
Cometic head gasket
Turbonetics GTK-450 turbo with surge ports and high temp coating on intake and exhaust side(This single ceramic ball bearing turbo has a lot of potential)
I have all wastegate springs, currently is on a 4 psi spring for break in, turbo is meant for 25+ psi. Turbo and wastegate have less than 1500 miles on them.
Black coated high port JDM upper intake manifold
Spectre filter/adapter
New oil pump, timing cover
New water pump
New serpentine belts
Black painted valve cover
Stainless oil return line with anodized fittings
Custom downpipe with wideband bung wrapped with heat wrap 4 bolt flange up top and 3 bolt flange on the bottom, rotated to reduce bottoming out. New Metal gaskets for connections and hardware
Currently on a Calum? Base tune on a chip soldered into a 91 SE-R ECU
N62 MAF
370 CC injectors
255 LPH Walbro high pressure in tank fuel pump
Replacement distributor
Front mount intercooler
T-bolt pipe flanges for all piping (not the cheap worm style)
Custom intercooler piping/turbo piping
Tial 44 MM V-band flanged external wastegate
Log style turbo manifold with EWG flange
Aftermarket atmospherically vented BOV
Manual boost controller
All Trans and motor mounts replaced with polyurethane during motor build
Lightened flywheel
6 puck Clutchmasters Clutch, less than 1000 miles on clutch/flywheel setup

Custom Magnaflow catback 3” Sounds clean and tasteful, not ricey.

No stereo currently on car, storage compartment in place (who needs this when you have the turbo?) but has rear speakers and wiring is in place

Current needs:
Needs to pass California smog test if registered locally. Car has a factory cat and would likely pass a tailpipe test but has aftermarket parts, requirements may be different if registered outside of California

Needs a tune, would greatly benefit from a standalone system for adjustability to compensate for current modifications. Current chip base tune is extremely off for MAF and size of turbo. This is a must and would need to be done right away before being driven around. Boost is currently on a 4 psi spring and boost controller is turned all the way down. Not tuning the car and turning up the boost could cause detonation and blow engine

Front bumper cover was recently replaced to fit over intercooler but could benefit from a respray and to be secured more thoroughly.
