Sorry about leaving you hanging. Spec inserts fit. You already know that. But the Spec front insert has much less stroke then the standard B13 rear. So they are not a good choice for lowering springs. To be fair, I never tried it. But it just has so much less stroke I didn't bother trying.

I am interested to get this done to my car at it's ride is very harsh at the moment and I'm afraid to keep driving it with blown shocks bouncing all over the place.

Do you mind to send me a quick PM with a breakdown of what it costs to get this done by you? I've read several of the other threads and everyone has nothing but good comments on your work. Shipping can be arranged within the US the make it much easier for you!

Send me a PM. List your Chassis type and springs you plan to use in the PM. We will talk by phone at some point.

They don't make them for your car. I am going to use the ones off a B15.

So I have a set of rear shocks for the B14. Last set in the country. I sent a PM to all the people who wanted some CSK's. With my number. If missed you send me another PM. I am going to do the work via phone and confirm the order via pm. I am not going to go back and forth via pm talking. Too much trouble and time. Thats why I stopped doing this stuff in the past. So call me. We will talk and figure it out and then move forward.
