As low as you can go

I'm trying to make the frame rails on my car scrape the ground, so I removed the springs. Now my ride is very harsh, please help.

OMFG!

IBTMFL, noob!

You need three rolls of duct tape, first of all. Then you need magic movers, and to cut holes in them, the diameter of the strut rods. Tape the hell out of them on top and bottom, and there you have it.

I would mount some harbor freight casters under the floor pan, at least 4-6 of them. Use good quality self tapping screws. That way you can stay slammed and it will have the illusion that you are scraping the frame. The only downside is the total lack of traction, steering, and braking control. Thats the price you pay for style however.

You should get some metal plates for the bottom. So when you ride low you can kick up sparks!!!

Wait until Shawn B gets ahold of this

You guys have it all wrong. If you're going to slam your chassis, you need to lower the road. Call your local guvmint' and get in touch with the Highway Dept.

Eric, I would remove the springs and just run on the struts alone. That should give you a good 3-4" drop and give you that nice tizzite tucked look, y0.

You just have to make sure you bend the rears more than the fronts. You don't want to much of that oversteer stuff.

Is oversteer what happens when you take a turn to fast and the car feels like it has excessive" body roll" ?
