What about Vogtland springs? I don't think I've read anything about them in the suspension thread.

never heard of those, but most companies run to low except the Hypercoil and the Road Masters.

See this post in the Suspension Thread:

http://www.sr20forum.com/driveline-t...ml#post2060051

It has not been incorporated into the body of the thread. But someone already asked about them. I'll update the body of the thread again soon to include the Vogtland springs under "Other Springs."

Do you mean Progress Technology springs?

Both of your first two questions are fully, 100% covered in this thread:

http://www.sr20forum.com/driveline-t...formation.html

The Progress springs are too low, and too soft. They suck. They won't even work with CSK's. Further, in that thread posted, you get direct feedback on the Progress coilovers from Coach and Mike Kojima (Choaderboy2), both of whom have actual, no bullsh*t, expertise with our suspensions.

As for the pictures, the springs suck, why would anyone buy them?

Have you thought about sticking to one thread on your suspension questions?

http://www.sr20forum.com/new-england...spensions.html

http://www.sr20forum.com/suspension-...ll-set-up.html

In this thread below, you ask for information on suspensions and Fatman489 is kind enough to post the Suspension Thread for you. Which you have obviously not read. I posted the How To Search Thread a few posts later, and reiterated that you should read the Technical Libary, which is where the Suspension Thread is located. Another suggestion that you completely ignored.

As its much to difficult for US to tell YOU what YOUR car needs since we know little about your driving habbits, ablility, style, and of course the use of your car.So its best if you read up on that suspesion thread and decide for yourself what your ride needs or what would work best for your budget and purpose.

Here is the thread to help YOU decide on what you need and can afford for your specfic needs and wants.

Did you not understand Fatmans reponse in some way? Is there anything that you require in the way of clarification?

I've fully answered ALL your questions. Now, you tell me something.

1) When are you going to actually read the information posted for your benefit?

2) How many more times are you going to start a brand new thread with more of your suspension questions, before you read the thread provided?

Answer me those two (2) questions. Just give me some dates so I can mark them on my calendar.

There is no "opinion" necessary on the Progress springs. They suck, as clearly stated in The Technical Library in one big-ass Suspension Thread.

You need some smarter, more informed, opinions on the Progress coilover systems than both Coachs and Mike Kojimas (Choaderboy2)?!? Are you kidding?!? Uh...whom exactly on this forum do you think has more true expertise with Progress coilovers than those two gentlemen? Should I cut and paste their answers, as clearly stated in The Suspension Thread, into this thread for you?

Do what you want. I'm done with your thread. Best of luck to you.

I too once made the mistake of posting about springs. Shawn laid the law of the suspension land down. Haha.

pics of my car w/ progress coilovers. car is setup for the road tracks. i could go lower but i wont, i like it where it is. i can't go much higher and keep the car level.

progress coilovers are great, little rough for DD but this isn't a daily driver.
