who has the best prices?? I'm going to be using road magnets and have read that v-spec 8611 in front, and the normal b13 reds in the rear would be best. also where can I get koni bumpstops ASAP?
One of our fellow members have them at go fast depot, but when I went there you can't add them to your cart. I don't know if they are out of stock or what.
Yes it is, but I just got an email from them today saying they are out of stock. more searchin to do.
edit. just called the guy at jerry bickel racing, and they do have the #70.34.53.000.0, which are the taller ones(less expensive for some reason) in stock. They are shipping four out to me, should have em by the end of the week! Just have to cut them down a bit.

I'm sorry I didn't copy everyone else's setup. If you need a preacher to tell you what mods to put on your car, the Reverend Veilside180sx might have a suggestion.
Here:
-8610-1409 Spec-v yellow front insert ~ $145 each Tirerack, Proam Auto, Truechoice
-86-2465 B13 red rear insert ~ $140 each (Check Gspec's blowout sale thread, under $70 each, fronts red too!)
Yes, unless you get reds from Gspec, a set of Konis will be over $300. You'll be lucky to stay under $300 a pair with shipping.
Check the suspension thread, it covers what you need to know.
The reds will be fine with any drop springs.
Keo you beat me to it!
I saw the thread where he has the koni reds for the b13 super cheap. rex mentioned something about needing the gland nut housing, but may have been talking about v-spec inserts.
so the reds g-spec has are the correct inserts to make CSK for a b13 se-r?
8611-xxxx and 8610-1436 and 1437 are for gland nut housings. The spec-v insert (8610-1409)does not need a gland nut. Meaning the spec-v insert will fit in stock housings(with a little work). Not all of the 8610s are for gland nut housings.
Yes the Gspec reds are fine for CSKs.

to run the gland nut insert you need either a custom hosuing or a hybrid max/toyota housing. either way that $$$$

I do under 300 shipped a pair all the day long on most units. I charge Tirerack prices and ZERO shipping.
Bump stops are sized by the type of damper you have. YOu need to know your shaft diameter and then match the oem length or a touch shorter. Koni has all that info in their catalog that you can download. What diameter is the shaft of the struts/shocks you are trying to put a bump stop on.
