The easiest way is actually to pop open the hood and look at the brake master cylinder. ABS MCs have two ports coming out of the sides for the brake hard lines. Non-ABS MCs have four ports.
The MC will therefore have to match what you already have on your car. Thankfully, both the SE-R MC and Altima MC have same number of ports in the same spots as what you have, so as long as you get the correct part for your car, you should be ok.
There's no difference between ABS and non-ABS calipers in your case, so you're ok there.
You can get all of this stuff from
www.rockauto.com for a pretty reasonable price. My only recommendation is that if you don't get a brand new MC, buy a rebuild kit and do an MC rebuild before the install. Rebuild kits are cheap and replacing the MC is a seriously time consuming process, so take the preemptive measure and potentially save yourself a lot of swearing in the long run.
