rear control arm question!?

so while enjoying the spoils of todays fresh snow fall, when an unfortunate amount of understeer caused my rear right tire to have a mating experience with a curb..(lovely) well that being said im stuck with a bent rim, and a bent rear control arm...my question is: there are two rear control arms i guess? trailing and transverse

the one i noticed that was bent was the one closest to the rear bumper, i couldnt get my tire off to see if any thing was messed on the other side(probably is) but it would help if some one pointed out which control arm is which ..maybe some picture? im suspensionally challenged ...per se

thanks

Maybe this will help:

#6 are the lateral links, #8 is the trailing link. Just be careful when you order them. Despite the fact that both are labelled #6 in the picture, Nissan lists two different part numbers for the front and rear lateral links.

I want to say it was around $65 per from Courtesy Nissan? I'd junkyard it if you can.

i got mine from the local nissan dealer for 38 a piece and then like 15 bucks for a new kingpin(big ass bolt) and nut. they do have differant part numbers but i measured everything on them and they are identical so if you mix them up dont worry.
and have fun getting that stuff apart
