take the shock / spring assembly out and see if the bushings in there are torn or falling apart. You can take out the other side to compare but i am sure you will see something not right when you get it apart.
Also nice inconspicuous mounting of the siren, i bet no one will ever see it there.

It seems that some people have been spoon feed their whole lives, It is societies job to teach them how to use the spoon for themselves.
