Springs for a DD ?

Well I know that these are not close to the best for our cars, but I have a
98' 200sx SE-R and it's a daily driver and I was looking into getting some
new springs either the H&R or the Tein S-Techs. I was just wondering
if anyone had these on their DD and how they road ? One more question
would these work with stock shocks or would I need to buy something else
to install these springs? Thanks
