good springs?

what are some good lowering springs for a b13 daily driven?
any help is appreciated.....

*now* haha. when i knew absolutely NOTHING about cars, my friend talked me into buying tokico blues and the tein springs that drop the car 2.4 inches or w/e..and now come to find out, the blues are just a oem replacement strut and glad i didn't put those springs on. lol

so now onto tein basics
