1st question, do you really have CSK's or are you just asking in general?

Press the piston down, till you feel if falls into a groove. Once it is set in the groove turn all the the way counter clockwise(fully hard setting), until it does not turn any more, while still holding it in the groove turn 1and1/4 turns clockwise. This setting should be good enough for the street, that's what i am running. I have the Maxima's up front and the b14 inserts in b13 housings in the rear.

Remove the strut from the vehicle and bottom out the strut shaft into the housing (follow the rest of Respect's directions)

You don't pullout the piston, you push the strut shaft straight down into the housing.

It will slowly come out by itself, or you can pull on the strut shaft to get it to return.
