Simple question on CSK's and coilovers

I realized I should have posted this here instead of on the classic se-r forum:

Finally paid off my SE-R so it's time to start modifying it. First up is suspension.

I want to do the CSK's but after reading and reading I am unsure of what to buy.

Do you use the rear inserts in the front?
I plan on going with the B15 Spec-V inserts in the front. I buy the rears from the B15 correct?

For the rear I'm just going to use the Koni B13 inserts.

A few more questions, for the rear there are 2 options for inserts, 45mm and 51mm. Is this the ID or OD of the strut housing? Can I find out which came on my car using the VIN/Year/Trim/etc.? It's my DD so I want to get everything together and take a weekend to do this.

Anyone know the OD of the strut housings (both front and rears?). I'm planning on buying the threaded sleeves and springs separately to save a little bit of money.

Also, what spring rates do you recommend? This is for a street driving autocross car. I'm used to the harsh ride of my turbo'd (soon to be track toy) 280z with 300 front and 350 rear on custom valved shocks.
10in coilover springs are the ones to use right?

Thanks in advance.
