Okay, I bought a set of SpecV inserts from TireRack but only one of them came with the bolt/washer. The other came with an extra nut and plastic ring thing so someone messed up somewhere. I can't get an answer from either Tirerack or Koni NA so does anybody have any they can send/sell me? I'm under the impression that these things are only made by Koni?

Koni NA is very helpfull. Just go through the operator and get to the service department. Or just go to a fastener shop.

Koni NA's web support didn't impress me but their telephone tech support is indeed very helpful. The long distance call only took 3 1/2 minutes too.
