Strut Bar Recommendations

Hey Guys,

I'm in the market of buying a front tower strut bar for my b14 se-r. I would like to know which company makes good strut bars. So far, I found Megan Racing, TC Sportline, and Cusco, but I need recommendations before I make a choice. So yeah, what brand front tower strut bars do you guys use and/or recommend? Thanx alot.

I personally would get in on the Cusco FSTB group buy if I was in the market for one.

imho, the cusco fstb looks very nice, however, it is overrated.
Just buy whatever is in your budget. If I did it over again, I'd
rock the courtesy nissan brand fstb and rstb.

Those cheapo strut tower bars are worthless because the end plates are thin and flex.

I agree the ebay bars suck, however, the courtesy or nopi bars are of a better quality vs. ebay ones. Again, just buy whatever fits into your budget.

Its not just the plates, but the bar itself.
I could bend the bar over my knee (seriously)
Check the classified forums for some better gear. Some guy was selling his Stillen front & rear bars for $150 I think? which is a bargain imho.

Solid bars are the best... cusco seems to be the best one for our cars.

I have the courtesy one, but it interferes with the hood and always has. The clearances are too tight for it. I might look into cusco.

And no longer available....

Just save your money and buy quality parts for your vehicle.

Buy the Cusco FSTB from the Group Buy.

Buy the Bolt In Bars 3-point triangulated RSTB from the Group Buy.

^Yes they suck. Been there done that. I'm going cusco powder coated red next. I believe eBay had two cheapo verisons. The first verison wasn't as bad as the second version. I'll try and get some pics up of the difference.
