Hub/Bearing help

When I took my front left suspension apart the hub came apart from the spindle as the picture shows. Can this be put back together at all or do I need to have a new bearing pressed in? This is the left front off of a '93 SE-R. Thanks much.

HELL NO.

You're going to have to replace both the bearing and the hub. Look how worn out it is! Take my advice.

Thanks. How do I determine if the hub is worn? What do I look at exactly?

Well, I did some more research and finally have figured out what everything is. Obviously the race has sheared off of the hub. I am sure I need a new hub but do I also need a new bearing? Do the new races come with the hub or the bearing? Thanks.

Well, after making some calls I see now that the races are inside the bearing when new. I can only seem to find aftermarket bearings but not aftermarket hubs. Thankfully I have a mechanic friend with a press who will do that for free but I may look for a whole assembly used to keep costs down at this point.

The spindle does not need replaced, the new bearing assembly is the part that has the studs and such. its a complete unit with bearing. that gets pressed into the spindle, then you attach it back onto the lower control arm and attach the struts and such. The rear comes off easily with discs because its attached with the nut, that hub comes off and is replaced with the studs. no need for a press in the rear.
